You can find all available tasks in your language pair on the homepage! If you can’t see any tasks, then it simply means that there are no tasks currently available.
But keep an eye out because we post new tasks all the time

I have a question, I have been registered here for almost a week now and I’m not getting any tasks on the main page, did I do anything wrong? or do I have to meet a certain requirement?
I see some of the comments mentioning a test but I am a little confused, would anyone answer my questions please?

If you didn’t find any tasks on your homepage, it simply means that there are no available tasks in your language pairs.
And If you’d like, you can sign up to receive daily task stream emails. You will receive an email when tasks are available in your language pairs.
As far as I know the test to become a verified translator is no longer required and your verification will depend on several good reviews and feedback.
Hello I just joined the team! My language combinations are English-arabic. However I can’t find any tasks on the home page despite the popularity of such language combination. Is that normal or there is a problem with my profile?

Your profile is completed and I see you set up your task notifications settings to receive weekly updates - if you would like to receive more frequent updates, you can edit your notification settings by following the instruction at this thread:

Hello! I just claim a task and I wasn’t redirected to the page on which I am supposed to click on the button “Yes, I promise I will translate this file”.
Is it because I need to be approved by the project manager first? or how can I access that page so that I am sure I am in charge of translating that task? Thanks!
As @soke35 kindly mentioned, you don’t need to be approved to do a translation work. I believe that by the time you wanted to claim the task, another volunteer had already claimed it. Another possible reason is that the task you wanted to claim is only available for verified translators.
There are always several choices of tasks to claim for sure! If you’d like to learn more about how to claim a task, take a look at this tutorial.
Also, you may find it useful to take a look at the translator’s toolkit that includes information and instructions on how to use the TWB Platform.
So I claimed my first task here, but I can’t find it anywhere. There is no (claimed task) option on the bar (between home and profile). I would appreciate your help! I closed the browser before I clicked on (Translate using Memsource), so how can I find the task I claimed and start translating it with the TWB Memsource account? Because I have to use the Memsource TB for this task
