So, before you can submit the task, you must first run a Quality Assurance (QA) check. You can do this by going to âToolsâ and then clicking âRun job QAâ
This will bring up a QA panel with any errors that the system detects. You must work through them to either resolve them or ignore them if they are false errors (by clicking in the âiâ column).
Once youâve done this, youâll be able to submit the task
There are sometimes errors that canât be ignored, so if you are unable to resolve them then please let us know or reach out to the project manager whoâll be able to help!

I would like to ask is it possible to calm a task that is in progress? I always check ou the homepage after receiving the task notification email then I see them labeled in progress.
As you rightly imagined, If the task is in progress, this means that a translator is already working on it, so other translators wonât have access to it
As youâre trying to claim tasks after receiving notification emails, other volunteers might be just a little bit quicker to claim them before you do However, We post new tasks all the time, so keep an eye out on the homepage

I am Hayatullah Dadkhah TWB volunteer translator. I have translated many projects in TWB, but not received any recognition yet and as well as no feedback yet. As per your policy, you provide a small amount of money for those volunteers who did translation from 1000-10000 words and I have not heard about it from you, could you please advise me?

I can see that you do have one task in progress in your profile, maybe the other one wasnât claimed by you because another volunteer was also trying to claim it at the same time and managed to do so in a matter of seconds If you didnât receive a confirmation email that you successfully claimed the other task, this would be the reason.
If you did receive a confirmation email for the other task, please let me know so I check it again for you
