Hi @martraduzir, sorry about the difficulties. We are experiencing a glitch from Phrase and are currently looking into it.
Could you please add the changes you want to have done as comments on Phrase? I will then paste them on those segments and ask you to run QA. Please let me know once you are able to.
I would really appreciate it if you could do that today or tomorrow morning.
Thank you, and I am looking forward to hearing from you.
For the 5 following fragments, I have inserted the text in the comments and they need to be confirmed:
141
147
171
296
398
The 4 following segments also require formating and inserting tags before confirming:
413 needs to be confirmed only
427 change the text, insert tags, title in Italic
429 insert tags, underline title
546 needs to be confirmed only
The other comments in the documents are references for me. I will erase them once finished, but please leave them until the last QA.
Hi @Geraldine.Solignac, thanks for letting me know. I just added the comments to the segments, confirmed everything and worked on the ones with tag issues etc.
I also noticed that segments 424 and 426 are not translated. Could you please check? Once you are done checking, please proceed with the QA.
both segments, 424 and 426, are references to documents published on INEE’s website. They are not translated to French or at least not available on the webpage.
As references, I would normally not translate the title unless already published.
Please let me know if I should, then I’ll correct accordingly.
Hello,
I’m working on the Hebrew trasnlation. It seems there is a mismatch between the original text and the way Phrase TMS structure it. The source text in Phrase TMS is splintend and put into other parts of the text. It makes it very hard to avoid context-related errors. I’m hoping this a technical problem that can be solved.
While segments 196 and 203 are consecutive sentences in the source file preview, it seems that segments 197 to 202 don’t appear in the actual text, but I believe they are tags or something related to the format. You can leave terms like “idxintern548” as they are and only translate the keywords.
Thank you for the reply. Perhaps I should have explained the issue in a better way.
There are instances of sentences being broken down or having text inserted in them.
In this picture - lines 44 and 47 are part of the sanme line, but limes 45 and 46 are taken from a different place in the text.
Similarly, the source text presented at the bootom has different partd of sentences combined in the same line. I’ve highlightened the places where the text “break”:
Dear Daniel,
Thank you for your explanation, I understand what you mean now.
I believe that depends on the formatting of the file and, as the file is uploaded on Phrase and the translations in progress, we cannot do much at this stage.
I can provide you with the source file in the original format, would that help?
Giulia
