I need a help for log in Phrase (SSO error)

Hi,

I was assigned 4 Applying for jobs online.docx, and I intended to revise the task. However, Phrase keeps holding me and won’t let me proceed.

I have tried the following steps but still can’t log in or work on the task:

  • Log out from Phrase
    • Go to https://cloud.memsource.com/ and make sure you are logged out of any Phrase account.
    • If not: Click on the profile icon or picture in the top-right corner of the screen and select “Logout”.
  • Log into TWB platform
  • Attempt to access the task in the “Claimed Tasks” section of your account, by clicking on “Translate” or “Revise using Phrase”.

Would you be able to suggest another way for me to log in? If that’s not possible, I would appreciate it if you could cancel my claimed task.

Hi, I am trying to access revision project 48 health and obesity problems and I have the same problem, “SSO log in error,. user not found”
Can anybody help?

I have decided to withdraw my claim on the task because I am unable to resolve this issue. I hope this allows another translator sufficient time to complete the work.:cry:

i have issues as well, i can open CAT but am unable to do anything. This is the first time this happen to me, i have worked with it before without any issue. i’ll wait a couple of hours and try again…

I think there is a problem with the server itself because I’ve been facing this page every time I log in.

Hello, I also has the same problem with Phrase since last night. I tried all the tips above and the issue still unresolved. Please help.

Please, could you try the same steps once again, but with the added step of clearing your cache before logging in again?
Here are the steps to follow:

  • Log out from Phrase

    • Go to https://cloud.memsource.com/ and make sure you are logged out of any Phrase account.

    • If not: Click on the profile icon or picture in the top-right corner of the screen and select “Logout”.

  • Clear cache and cookies from your browser (here’s how to do it for Chrome, Firefox, Opera)

  • Log into TWB platform

  • Try to access the link again.

  • If you are not redirected to your project in Phrase, try to access the link again, multiple times.

If these steps do not work, please let us know and we will look into it further.

I would like to confirm with you if you followed the last step in the instructions and tried to access the link to Phrase multiple times?
After you follow the steps to clear your cache and log back into the TWB Platform, attempt to access the task in the “Claimed Tasks” section of your account, by clicking on “Translate” or “Revise using Phrase”. If you see the SSO Error message again, try to click on the link to work in Phrase again, multiple times.

Phrase is currently experiencing issues with their login functionalities and trying the link several times sometimes helps overcome them. This is a temporary solution until Phrase arrives at a permanent one, which we hope will be soon.

Hello, I don’t know what happened but the issue has been resolved on It’s own.
Now, I’ve completed the task but couldn’t mark it as "complete.
I solved all the QA issues, and I am left with “tags and formatting” issues that prevent me from marking the translation as complete (couldn’t be ignored). I have tried redoing all the formatting and tags in the problematic segments, and nothing helped.

Is there anything I can do?
