How to become a Kató Translator

If you are seeing this topic, it means that you are interested in becoming a Kató Translator. Thank you!:balloon::tada:

Anyone over the age of 18 can become a volunteer translator with TWB. TWB translators are called Kató Translators, after our translation platform Kató. Kató Translators include professional translators, bilingual individuals, students, and beginner translators. We’d love to have you join our global community.

You choose the documents you want to translate, depending on your interests and the time you have available. Please note TWB works with translators on a voluntary basis for pro bono projects, but we offer many in-kind rewards and professional advantages through our recognition program.

Hey there,
I am wondering if it’s possible to take the test twice.

Hi @chaymaa_bouazzaoui,
and welcome to our community. You can usually take not more than 2 tests for each combiantion. If you fail both of them, you can keep on claiming tasks for unverified translators and if you receive good reviews for your work, you can ask the team to be upgraded to the verified level. I hope it helps,
best. L
