Unable to open task in Phrase TMS

Hi,

I accepted a translation task yesterday however when I go to open it in Phrase TMS, an error message opens up saying “Requested resource not found". The deadline is in 3 days so any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

I have seen in other threads that you have been able to resolve similar issues to the one I am facing. Could you be of any help? It would be greatly appreciated.
