I’m not sure I have ever come across with a message like that in Phrase’s interface, or is this part of the content/project details? Could you please provide a screenshot to know more about the context?
Additionally, you can use the project thread to contact your project manager so they get your questions faster, and where you can also share with other linguists working on the same project and get answers specific to the project.
