Hello @ClaudiaM,
I wonder who should resolve a comment in the translation process ?
I claimed a task in which the translator added comments. I do agree with the comments.
Should I resolve the comment ? Or should it be done by the project manager ? Or the document owner ?
Thanks
Interesting point
I usually add comments for my own future reference or for the revisers benefit
I didn’t know they needed to be resolved
Hi @HELENE2
That’s a good question
I don’t think leaving the comments will impact the final document, as @soke35 has said, volunteers usually add them to highlight something for themselves or the reviser!
As you’ve pinned @ClaudiaM, I’m sure she’ll get back to us soon to clarify the situation!
Hi everyone,
To clarify, the comments won’t affect a project directly but they do show up during the QA checks as an unresolved comment warning!
However, you should be able to ignore this
