Hello,
I took this course and ended at the “Test Yourself” section, but it tells me that I need to enroll in the course to be able to attempt the quiz. This is confusing.

Hi @vmartinaud04, thanks for your interest in this course! I can see that you have successfully created a profile in the elearn platform - that’s a great start :star2:

I understand the process can seem confusing. So yes, you need to enroll in the course before you start. If you don’t enroll, you can take the course, but you will not be able to take the test or receive the certificate. Have a look at step 2 in the instructions at the top of this page to see a screenshot of the enrollment process :slight_smile:

Hi! I have completed this course about a month and a half ago in early June, and I have downloaded the certificate. But I don’t see anything in " Certificates and training courses" section of my profile. Is it normal or is an error? Thank you in advance :slight_smile:

Hello! You have to upload the certificate there :slight_smile: you can add it from your profile, by clicking on the button on the top right “edit profile details”

Okay, thanks but seems to be one more problem here. I wasn’t sure if it was done okay, then I ended up uploading twice and I don’t know how to erase it. Any advise?

Please, may you assist me with how to contact or any contact details of the site administrator. I am having difficulties signing in on moodle, for the humanitarian course. It says ‘an email should have been sent to confirm registration’, but I have not received any even in my spam folder.
