How to open a json file?

I want to claim a task but do not know how to open the original file/document to be translated.

To work on the translation, you need to access the task in Phrase TMS as usual. Even though the file is .json, it will open in an easily readable format in Phrase TMS, like a .docx file.

To work on the task, you first need to claim it and then click on the “Translate using Phrase TMS” button to start working on it.

If you are still unsure about something regarding this project, I recommend posting a question in the forum thread dedicated to the project. The Project Officer is the one best qualified to answer your questions and help you.

Thank you for answering my question.

I always access the tasks in the TWB Platform. When tasks are available in docx files, I claim them to work on. I know the remaining process. I cannot work on json files. Anyway, there are no more unclaimed files.

I will keep looking.
