How to complete a task?

Hello
I have the same problem as posted earlier with two tasks I finished translating two days ago but Phare does not allow me to push the “complete” button as some QA warnings are blocked and cannot be ignored. There is no thread related to my tasks so I do not know who I can refer to. Can you check?

Hi,

I would like to ask for some help please.

I cannot put a task on complete, even though I ticked all the necessary boxes, run the QA, etc.
Today is the deadline and I think I did all I could but I also have other duties to attend in my life and yet I’m still stuck with this.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Judit, we’re sorry we missed your message, if you encounter similar issues in your future tasks, kindly leave a message in the thread associated with your task so we reply to you faster. When such thing happens, we normally force the completion from our end.

Hi @Maha2 thank you for working on this project! :smile:

To be able to mark a task as completed, you need to confirm the segments. You can either click on the gray tick on the right of the segment to make it green or use the keyboard shortcut ctrl+enter. Once all of the segments are confirmed, please run the QA (third window at the bottom of the right pane) and fix the issues that it finds. If they are false positive, please tick the “ignore” checkbox on the right side. See the screenshot below.

Hello, can you please help me to mark my task as complete? I’m not able to complete it although it is correct, I also ignored all the QA but I’m still not able to click on complete and I don’t know why.

Apologies for the late reply as I was OOO.

I could see that you submitted the task.

However, in general, if you run the required QA checks and you are still facing the problem, you are kindly requested to write to us in the thread dedicated to the task or you may email the project manager directly and in both ways you will receive the needed support.
