Hello everyone,

I am a new translator on TWB and I have not claimed a task yet. I would like some advice:

  • How to find and claim tasks quickly when they are available
  • Tips for managing time and meeting deadlines
  • How to use Phrase TMS well — is this the right platform? https://l10n.dev/

Any tips or resources to help me make my first translations accurate and useful would be very helpful.

If you would like to have a smooth start at TWB, I recommend exploring our Community Library, which has many useful resources to help you understand how our platform and tasks work. There, you will also find advice on the questions you shared with us:

If you would like to learn more before claiming your first task, I also highly recommend enrolling in some of our free, online, self-paced courses. They cover topics such as using Phrase TMS and other Translation Management Systems, working on humanitarian translations, or doing Machine Translation Post-Editing.
