I’ve been assigned a task for revision (Smile Train). Deadline is today and I still haven’t received the file. Could the file be sent when it’s ready and the deadline extended? I don’t know who the PM for this task is.

You can check who is the PM by clicking “Discuss this task on TWB Community” below the task’s details. From my experience, delays happen and you get to have an extension if the translation wasn’t ready by the deadline.
