Error message: Failed to save segment #337 due to an internal error

Hi!
I’m trying to complete a project ( 3.1 INEE Minimum Standards 2024 [FINAL]_for translation.docx but there is one segment (337) that cannot be saved, whatever I try to do. This prevents me from completing the project. Can anyone help?
