To learn about how to find and claim tasks, I suggest you read this article or check out this video tutorial. I recommend you also check out our Community Library, where you can learn much more about volunteering at TWB.
In short, to find and claim tasks, you should go to the homepage. Here, you can choose your language combination in the dropdown list on the left side of the screen, and tasks available for your language pair will appear. If you cannot find your language combination in the list, or if no tasks appear on the homepage, this is because no tasks are available for your language pairs at the moment.
Please note, TWB works with volunteers on a voluntary basis for pro bono projects. We offer many in-kind rewards and professional advantages through our recognition program, as a way to thank volunteers for the crucial work they do.
