It is been a while since I claimed a task, and I have been trying to search for a task to claim, but I get no results.
My notification preference for task stream is daily, yet, I get nothing.
Any advice?

I have just checked your profile and it’s all set. Kindly note that the availability of tasks varies from time to time, depending on our partners’ needs. We recommend regularly checking the homepage - new tasks can be posted in any minute. If you don’t find tasks when you check the homepage, this is only because no tasks are available at the time you are looking.
I would like to encourage you to explore the Community Library that will help you navigate through learning about your tasks, Phrase TMS, the platform, the community among other things, which will help you have a smooth journey at TWB.

Hello, I am new in the platform and have just claimed my first Revision task. However, the task has a due date and I got an email stating that “You will receive an email notification when the task is ready for you to revise.” I could not find more information about it in the Community Forum. I would like to know if the due date of the Revision task will remain the same or if it will be modified according to the date I’ll be able to work on it, and if now I just have to wait for another email (I already got one with my Phrase’s username)

Hello,
You will receive a “Task Completed Notification”.
In the same email, you will find the link to the correponding task, so you can revise it in Phrase TMS.
When all segments are revised, you click “Complete”.
