Can not mark task as a completed task in Memsource

I Just completed the following task “2 Informed consent form - V4.docx” from English into French - segment 23 shows a tag and formating issue , though the translated segment is correct - I cannot mark it complete - would you mind to do it for me please ? -Thank you Veronique

That is correct, @Palvares; refreshing does the job.
My case also included the QA. I checked there and discovered a “tag and formatting issue that cannot be ignored.” I changed it and refreshed. It then performed fairly well. Thank you, everyone. This forum offered guidance.
