Hello! Thank you for creating this course. I’m Yadira Colin. I’ve been working as translation coordinator in a project taking place in the Majority World (Latin America and Francophone Africa), and I was looking for tools which could help them go further. Hello, there! My name is Acsa Santos! I joined the community as of today, because i am looking to improve my skills as a translator but also because i have a deep want to help move our humanity forward, a desire that seems scarce in our current global situation. These courses, i hope,goes far and beyond from teaching simply a new skill, it teaches us to see the world and a third party as humans.

Hi there! My name is Majdal Shams and Lately I’ve started working as an interpreter in order to
facilitate communication between Local people in Syrian coastal region who speaks arabic and the humaniterians abroad to voice the voiceless due to the genocide committed by exteimists and jihadis.
As part of my mission deals with incredibly sensitive subjects related to people I wanted to gain more knowledge on humanitarian interpretation and broaden my horizons.

I’m interested in the humanitarian work and what they do to make the world a better place. However, I’ll boost and enhance my translation skills from this course and others too to make myself as good as possible to be helpful in this work.

Hey, I’m Irwin and I currently work in the Human Services sector. I am primarily Spanish<>English and am looking into developing my skills as a translator while doing translation work and figured doing so while helping out a humanitarian cause made the most sense. A real killing two birds with one stone kind of situation.
