I have been attempting to start translatin for the past 4 days, but the site keeps displaying an error message and asking me to wait. I am unsure if this is a problem with the site or if it is specific to me. ??

I am experiencing the same problem now and the link to the forum on TWB community platform says it is expired

the problem I have faced was from the preview of the file as it is big and it makes everything freeze
go to Tools>Preview>Disable and disable the preview
