Hi,
I accepted a translation task yesterday, however when starting the project I noticed that the source text displayed on Phrase TMS doesn’t not correspond to the document I’ve claimed nor to the one associated with the project on Phrase TMS. The deadline is set for April 21, 2024 at 08:00 so your prompt assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

When clicking on the project under your Claimed Tasks tab, you should see a link to the forum and the email adress of the Project Manager. You can either tag them here or send them an email expressing your concerns regarding the task.
If needed (and if possible on the partner organization’s side), you can also request a deadline extension.
