I’m reaching out with a quick question. I completed my last task in August 2024, and since then, I haven’t received any notifications about new task opportunities.
I’ve checked my profile settings, and I’ve selected the option to receive daily notifications. Could there be an issue with my profile settings, or is it simply that no new tasks are currently available in my language pairs?

I checked your profile, and everything seems to be in order. I’m sorry you haven’t had access to tasks lately. Their availability varies from time to time, depending on our partners’ needs. If you don’t find tasks when you check the homepage, it is only because no tasks are available at the time you are looking. We recommend regularly checking the homepage - new tasks can be posted in any minute.
It’s wonderful that you have set your notifications to “daily.” In this way, you are more likely to find new tasks, because you will be notified each day that a new task is available for one of your combinations. Please note that you will not receive any emails on days when there are no new tasks.
