Notification problem

Hello everyone, I am just wondering why I don’t receive e-mail when a task is availabe to be clamed. A few days ago I logged in on my TWB platform and I saw some unclaimed tasks in my languages pairs, but If I hadn’t logged in, I wouldn’t have known that because I don’t receive e-mails, there is something I could do to solve this problem?

Regarding your question, there’s something in your profile called “Task Stream Notifications”. Just click on it and edit the notifications depending on your preference.

By this way, you will know all the available tasks or at least most of them! :slight_smile:

Hey @Clara.travaglianti , so sorry for this. I would like to mention that sometimes the emails may take a day or tow as they technically serve as reminders under the assumption that you regularly check the homepage thus they may not appear immediately the tasks are published on the platform :sweat_smile:
