I can't claim tasks!

Greetings
I have no access to any tasks, I try to filter available tasks, yet, I get no results. . . .
I rarely get task stream emails although my email notifications are set to daily.

Hi Abdalhakim,
From my experience, you have to keep on trying. I have been here for quite a lot of time now and got my first job just on Thursday.

Kindly note that the availability of tasks varies from time to time, depending on our partners’ needs. We recommend regularly checking the homepage - new tasks can be posted in any minute. If you don’t find tasks when you check the homepage, this is only because no tasks are available at the time you are looking.

Also, notifications about new projects are sent to many users for the same language and they work on a first-come-first-served basis, so you want to be quick in claiming the task!

We’re sorry you haven’t received a task yet. Task availability varies depending on our partners’ needs, so we recommend regularly checking the homepage. New tasks can become available at any time and are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

Please also check your profile to make sure your language combinations and professional information are correctly listed. This will ensure you receive notifications when relevant projects become available.
