Hi Reem, any particular reason you would like to download the file? It’s far easier doing the translation directly using the phrase TMS. You do see the green button, don’t you?

I’ve just seen your message. I like to download the file for translation tasks. You can do it when you claim the task - there is usually a link so that you can see the original ST (Source Document Preview). Another way is to do it after claiming the task - you have a download/export) option included amongst the tools at the top of the page.
