🎓 Certificate Not Issued Despite Completing Humanitarian Interpreting Course

Hello , I’m encountering the same issue reported by @abby.mont on October 24th, where the system prevents certificate issuance unless all activities are fully completed. Despite repeating and finishing these activities three times, the requirement remains unmet. Could you advise on how to resolve this obstacle? Thank you for your assistance!

Unfortunately, I have faced the same issue with the same course(Humanitarian Interpreting). I have completed everything but some of the units seem incomplete.
I have tried many times to see the material of these units and complete the exercises but still I cannot have access to the certificate. Could you please help me?
