I’m naturally trilingual, being a native English speaker but having grown up in first the German- and then the French-speaking parts of Switzerland.

After a 14-year career in private banking and wealth management, I went back to university to pursue advanced studies in my passion - Chinese languages, literature and civilisation, earning my master’s degree in February of 2021.

I have been translating professionally since 2018, from Chinese, French, and German to English, focusing on the international cooperation & humanitarian domain, arts & humanities, and current affairs. I’m a Chartered Linguist and full Member of the Chartered Institute of Linguists (UK), an Associate of the Institute of Translation and Interpreting (UK), and an Associate of the Swiss Association for Translation, Terminology and Interpretation.

I maintain my academic interests with respect to Chinese civilisation alongside my translation mandates, but I’m always happy to contribute to the amazing and crucial work that TWB-Clear Global does!
