I have worked as a freelance translator and proofreader during the last 5 years ensuring an optimal equivalence and prosody. When I am not translating-editing I also teach contrastive grammar lessons as a freelance instructor.
I am a passionate amateur researcher, discourse analyst and aspiring lexicologist capable to apply several interpretation methodologies according to specialized topics, linguistic corpora and symbolic forms, from pragmatics & cognitive linguistics, comparative literature, general sciences’ terminology and lexicography as well as advertising. I can perfectly and gladly deal with any kind of text, discourse or semantic network.
My top interests concern philosophy of language and aesthetics, electronic literature, asemic reading & writing, general theoretical linguistics, semeiotics, entheogeny, geopolitics, interdisciplinary and translation studies, language sciences, literary sciences, psycholinguistics, general taxonomy, (transcendental)phenomenology, epistemology, philosophy of culture and hermeneutics.
Professional goals I’m aiming to achieve consist but are not limited to acquiring professional experience within language industry, linguistic mediation, translation studies and linguistics branches and/or applied fields which may allow lengthening professional progressive development as a means towards social security.
I am also a Double-bass player and musicology self-taught student.
