I was born in Buenos Aires, Martinez. I moved to Melbourne, Australia in 1980 with my two brothers and parents. It was before the outbreak of la guerra de las Islas Malvinas, and during our time of super hyperinflation and enormous debt to the United States bc the World Bank would not help.
I have since then earned the equivalence of an American education, so there is no irony if for some reason there is a need to return. Australians generally only study one or two degrees, and earn Aus$ 60,000 per year.
I have made a lot of friends and worked at some really cool jobs but it is time to settle down to a serious career and, following the Australian Constitution, buy my first home. I have applied for Housing to begin with, as I am on my own, I still remember everything about Argentina and made wonderful contacts when I saved and returned briefly in 1990. I am just as Australian as I am American, so life is good. Cheers.
