I am a results-driven and passionate translator and L&D Professional with over 15 years of successful talent management & development with a customer centric focus.

As a nomad ‘citizen of the world’ I have developed excellent interpersonal abilities and strong skills in translating, designing, conducting and implementing training and educational programmes within customer service, leadership and hospitality. I possess advanced technical skills within aviation, excellent communication skills and a wealth of experience in liaising with and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Working in one of the World’s largest airlines, I successfully developed the Spanish language assessment program for cabin crew.

I was born and raised in Argentina, I am Australian for love and I call the United Arab Emirates home.
