I finished translating the project about RCOG Leaflet: Early miscarriage, but the complete tab on the CAT tool is not clickable. What can I do? I send some screenshots.

The reason why you are unable to click the “Complete” button is that Phrase QA function must be done first. You can find guidance on how to do that on this page: How to run QA (Quality Assurance) checks in Phrase TMS
