@JoannaW I just had to cut the picture to upload it, but now it’s not showing my face. Can you help me with this issue?

Hi @Alex9 ah well done! Unfortunately I can’t help you with this as I don’t have your photo. But I suggest you try cropping it differently, i.e. keep more of the image above your face so that your face is centred in the picture

To edit your username, you’ll need to go to your profile and click on “Preferences”; from there, you’ll be able to edit your username

On a different note: I have asked before on a different thread but still have not found the solution. How can I permanently change my user/visible name? I have amended it under “edit my profile” and then saved it, but it still appears as my name and surname.

I can see that you changed your name, but your username is still Simona_Pearson
In your profile under “Preferences”, you should see a pencil sign right next to your username which allows you to edit it. If you don’t see it, please let me know how you would like to edit your username and I’ll be happy to do it for you

Hi @Silvia_Mauri, thank you for getting in touch. I don’t seem to be able to change the username under Preferences. The only pencil is by the photo 
I would like for my username to be Simona8, which apparently is already coming up in other areas? I may have got mixed up somewhere along the line…Thanks in advance for any help! Have a great day

I’ve changed your username manually to Simona8! I can see that you changed your Name but not your Username.
Now, both are the same

I see that you’ve changed Simona8’s username manually (there was her name and surname before). I am not able to do it myself too (there is no “edit” pencil in Preferences.
